Savo Forest Family House – Booking Terms & Conditions
1. Maximum Occupancy
The maximum occupancy of the house is 8 guests plus 1 infant.
This includes a maximum of 5 adults or maximum 5 children.
Exceeding this limit is not permitted without prior approval.
2. Pets Policy
Pets are allowed on the property.
However, dogs are strictly not permitted inside the house.
3. Electric Vehicle (EV) Charging
An electric vehicle charging station is available on-site.
Use of the charger is subject to an additional fee based on actual electricity consumption.
4. Hot Tub Usage
Use of the hot tub is optional and available for an additional fee:
– €70 for one-time use, or
– €50 per day (minimum of 2 days)
Advance notice is required to prepare the hot tub.
5. Sports Equipment Rental
Guests may use on-site sports equipment for an additional fee:
– Ski equipment – €15 per person
– Hockey equipment – €15 per person
All other sport equipment provided at the property are included in the rental price at no extra charge.
6. Included Facilities
All other facilities and amenities provided at the property are included in the rental price at no extra charge.
7. Firewood for Fireplace
A sufficient amount of firewood for the fireplace will be provided for the duration of your stay.
If additional firewood is required, it will be available for an extra charge.
8. House Rules
– No smoking inside the house.
– No parties or events are allowed on the property.
9. Check-In / Check-Out
– Check-In: from 15:00 (3:00 PM)
– Check-Out: until 11:00 (11:00 AM)
Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.
10. Guest Responsibility
Guests are expected to treat the property with care and respect. Any damages caused during the stay may be subject to additional charges.

Cancellation Policy
11. Free Cancellation
Guests may cancel their reservation free of charge up to 14 days before the check-in date.
12. Partial Refund
If a reservation is canceled within 14 days before check-in, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged.
13. Late Cancellation / No-Show
If a reservation is canceled within 7 days before check-in, or in case of a no-show, 100% of the total booking amount will be charged.
14. Early Departure
In case of early departure, the full amount of the reservation will be charged, and no refunds will be issued for unused nights.
15. Date Changes
Changes to booking dates are subject to availability and must be requested at least 14 days in advance. Approval is not guaranteed.
16. Refund Processing
Any applicable refunds will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
17. Force Majeure
In case of unforeseen circumstances beyond control (such as natural disasters or government restrictions), cancellation terms may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
